Description
Hand harvested per plot – rigorous selection of the grapes in the cellar.
30% is vinified in temperature controlled stainless-steel vats & the other part directly in oaks barrels.
Aged for 5 months in french oak barrels (60% new). With its pale yellow colour and green tints, the nose is full of finesse and gives off a subtle bouquet combining white flowers, fresh fruit and exotic notes. Very fresh on the attack, the palate has a lot of elegance, volume, fatness, as well as a nice vivacity and a touch of bitterness on the finish. A nice balance between sweetness and freshness.
