Description
Pale, ‘Provence-style’ pink in colour with fresh strawberry, redcurrant, and white flower aromas with a hint of rose. Nicely balanced with clean, bright acidity, some minerality adding palate weight, and red berries and cream on the finish.

Pasión de Bobal is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes from south-east Spain’s indigenous Bobal variety located in Camporrobles within the D.O. Utiel-Requena region.
