3 x 2022 Mont Rocher, Malbec, Limoux, France
Deep in colour with ripe plum, blackberries and cherries on the nose. This is rich and rounded wine with perfectly balanced tannins. The long finish is smooth and succulent. Malbec grapes are harvested from high altitude, hillside vineyards in the Haute Vallee of Limoux, which sit on rugged limestone rich soils. It is here that some of the most expressive old vine Malbec is grown.
3 x 2023 Benjamin, Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina
Purple red in colour, bright and intense. Fresh fruity aromas of plum and cherry. Balanced in the mouth with a pleasant finish. A really bright expression of Argentina’s most loved grape variety. Benjamin means ‘the youngest son of the family’ and it is traditionally given to last born son of numerous families. Benjamin was released in the Argentine market when Bodega Nieto Senetiner decided to extend the family portfolio, bringing youth and freshness to the winery.
